Life needs as many happy moments as possible. If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase you can certainly return or exchange it.

The timeframe: 60 days from the delivery date. The charge: $0 (for US only) To be eligible for return or exchange: items must be unworn, unwashed, unblemished, unused and unaltered (we know, that's a lot of "un's". Of course you may try the item on, please just don't wear it. Return the item how you would like to receive it - clean and new!) All tags must be attached. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we will send it back to you at your request (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). Ineligible for return or refund: Shipping fees, gift wrap fees, gift card purchases, and items marked as "final sale."

US Returns and Exchanges How-to: 1) Complete the Return/Exchange form at the bottom of this page and include it with your returned item(s). 2) Seal your package and affix the included self-stick return label to the outside of the package. 3) Leave your package with your regular outgoing mail. If your carrier does not take packages, drop it off anywhere that accepts US Post Office mail or in any mailbox. 4) That's it! We'll send you an email when we have received and inspected your item(s) and processed your exchange or refund.
